🔁 Return & Refund Policy

✅ Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
❌ Non-returnable Items:
- Products damaged after delivery
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Products without original packaging
💸 Refunds:
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days
- Refunds are made via the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
🚚 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return once delivered
